As time passes by, We move on..

"Nothing lasts forever ". This is indeed true. It seems very difficult indeed for me to recall and remember all that took part in high school during these five years although it seemed as though yesterday's the day i was jumping with joy, knowing that i've been accepted to one of the best and renowned schools in town, SMK Taman SEA. Looking back at all those years, I can remember how much tears i've shed, but i cant remember how often i smiled a sincere smile. Maybe it's because i've smiled too often that it's normal to me. Something which i take for granted most of the time. True friends, Fake friends, betrayal, crushes.. all these memories seem to flood my mind now that i think of it.  Despite my studious behaviour, i have to admit that i'm just like any other girl. Any other girl who is willing or unwilling to fall in love. My experiences in these five years have been the greatest teacher to me ever. I've learned how to be strong when everything else around me is falling apart. I've learned to have goals in life and to dare to dream to achieve them. I've also learned that a small mistake can leave a scar on the heart forever. I've learned that not every love is what you can say is your true love or even love at all. Above all, I've learned to put my studies first above everything else. As i end this not-so-long end year/ new year post of mine, I'm afraid of not recalling these memories as it seems to fade away, together with time. *maybe i should get a diary* = =

Two days before New Year.

The main highlight of this weekend is of course, Ann's wedding :) I attended the house dinner as well as the Wedding Reception in Equatorial Hotel. Stephanie came down from Australia :) but sadly, Tara, Gabriel and Christian didnt :(

House Dinner

I reached Aunty Siew Hong's place about 8 for the house dinner and ahemm.. my FRIENDS ffk-ed me cos they finished eating but i just started. We played "Big Two/Poker" and guess what, I won for the first time! I'm an ammature okay..but we didnt gamble cos we're good people :D . Then, I played Carrom with Steph, Juls, and Pei Lee and oh, did i mention, I drank red wine too??Well, it was just a little bit :P As long as i dont drink more than 2 glasses, it's fine with me. No photos from here haha.

Wedding Reception at Equatorial Hotel

I reached Equatorial pretty early, about seven. The food was pretty okay. Juls finished her chocolates before they served the food cos she was bored and hungry. ><  I have nothing much to say about the dinner. John and James dared me to finish a glass of red wine but oh well, control, control. haha.. so i took abit and Pei Lee finished the rest for me  =) Here are sum pics..:

TJC camp @ El Sanctuary

This post will be exactly the same as the one posted up in the SKYE blog. Just more pics that is.

I'm finally back! from Church camp.. :D This year's Youth Camp was held in El Sanctuary, Melaka. I love this place i tell u. It's so back-to-nature and the food is mMmmm.. DELICIOUS! seriously.. :)

Day 1 was pretty relaxing as we had lots of time to settle down. I left church bout 8.30 in the morning and arrived there at 11. And, i met "him".. ahh.. still good looking as usual. =D Day 2 was exhausting and emotional. There was so much to plan for the Treasure Hunt aka Amazing Race activity and most of it was last minute. It was just so exhausting running everywhere just to make sure everything goes the way its supposed to be. Hmm.. my first time being a guide to the groups. Well, i did not bad. My group was THIRD! hehehe.. As i mentioned earlier, Day 2 was emotional. Well, during Dinner that is. I'm not gonna start about what it is about. To those who know what it is abut, thanks for listening :) Then, we had CAMPFIRE, my fav and James was the emcee! This year's campfire was better than last years but it was rather embarassing for me. xD Although it was emotional, i managed to end that day with smiles and laughter. Day 3 was okay. We didnt go to Melaka Town or Jonker Street though cos everybody was tired. I reached home about 4 and went to Sunway Pyramid after that. = =

In comparison to last year's camp, this year's was more emotional compared to last year's. It seems so difficult to remember everything that happened. It was less exhausting cos i skipped the Night Jungle Trekking. Well, i really wanted to go but couldnt because of some personal reasons. Anyway, they took the same route as last year's but they went the opposite direction which, in fact, is easier. =) So, tht's all about the 3days, 2 nights camp!

 

 

.:The Effect of Boredom:..

 Although these holidays may seem to be the most interesting so far yet, there were some boring days. For instance, Yesterday. Here's what actually happened... We were bored, at around 2 (not one), Esther suggested we go to KLCC.. i was like "huh?" So anyway, i called my dad and surprisingly, he let me out! So cool right? So, we took the LRT there.. and it was like.. 45 minutes in the train. Then, my contact lens came out in the middle of the journey there. Luckly, i managed to put it in again (with everyone staring at me). Well, what else could we do there but camwhore? hahaha..
